One of the North Shore’s sunniest summer beach destinations, Salisbury Beach, hosted a series of family-friendly beach fests in 2009. The 3rd Annual Sand & Sea Festival was action-packed with sand and seaside activities for kids, teens and adults. Fourth of July weekend brought Fitzy Snowman Sculpting back for another unbelievable Salisbury Beach themed sand castle that did not disappoint. The Merrimack River Maritime Festival celebrated it's 2nd year with historical ships, hands-on activities, maritime exhibits and live entertainment. Saturday nights were highlighted with SurfSide LIVE! a series of free live concerts and a spectacular fireworks display!

There was something for everyone this summer at Salisbury Beach and The Salisbury Beach Partnership is looking forward to 2010!
